Adult or teen collapse — start Hands-Only CPR

No response and no normal breathing? Call 911, then start compressions in the center of the chest at 100–120/min, about 2 inches deep, with full recoil.

2

Grab the AED

Send someone for it, turn it on, and follow the voice. Shock if it tells you to, then go right back to CPR. Our AED is located: ____________.

3

Call 911

Tell them where you are and what happened, put it on speaker, and keep your hands free for CPR.
