Cancellation & Rescheduling

Before a class is confirmed
A call, inquiry, or request form does not confirm a class. We confirm course type, date, time, location, headcount, price, and any paperwork in writing first.
Deposits
For an individual BLS booking, a $75 deposit reserves one class seat and applies to the $139 BLS total. The booking page shows the cancellation deadline before payment. If the appointment is not canceled within that stated window, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is based on available class dates and times. Contact Sutton as early as possible if weather, an emergency, location access, or another major issue affects attendance.
